Translate previously-missing keys across the Hindi locale namespaces (admin, assets, browse, common, components, dag, dags, dashboard) and keep keys in the canonical (underscore-first, case-sensitive) order so the UI lint/format check produces no diff.

hi) UI strings acrossadmin,assets,browse,common,components,dag,dags, anddashboard, bringing the Hindi locale from ~84% to 100% coverage (hitlandtaskswere already complete).Interpolation placeholders (
{{count}},{{hotkey}}, …), hotkeys (Ctrl+Shift+F,shift+c), and product terms (DAG, API, Task SDK, ISO 8601, B-tree) are preserved. Passescheck_i18n_json.py.These are machine-assisted translations — review and refinements from native Hindi speakers are very welcome.
