Github checks require approval for claude commits
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
@claude ask claude to push a commit in a PR- I see commit pushed successfully
- I see github checks need approval
I have tried both official Claude github app and my custom github app, I also tried change the bot-id and bot-name, none of them work.
I understand it makes sense to ask approval if I use the official github app, but I don't understand why github still ask approval when I use the custom github app.
Expected behavior
I want auto approval for the checks.
