Start menu position shifts at any given time when start is clicked.

Describe the bug

The menu itself works great, however, I have an ultra-wide monitor and am offsetting the position to about -1500 to have it in the same spot at old windows. The issue is that randomly, the menu horizontal position simply opens +-50 points from where its supposed to be. This will often send it into the second monitor on the left.

Vertical positioning does not seem to be affected by this.

To reproduce

1. Set the horizontal and vertical offset in the menu look settings.
2. Use as normal, and watch the menu shift left and right about a 1/2" on screen most of the time its clicked.
